| Corporations, LLCs, and registered Limited Partnerships doing business in Ohio must continuously maintain a Registered Agent with a physical Ohio street address (a PO Box alone does not qualify). The agent may be an individual resident of Ohio or an entity authorized to do business in Ohio, must be available at that address during normal business hours to accept service of process, and receives official state notices on the entity's behalf.
